Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day exchange policy and a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please write in the comments of your return request that you would like an exchange and include the item, size, or color you would like instead.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange if the requested item is available. If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange another option or issue a refund if applicable.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
